Accommodation

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Mixed-use Building

The purpose of this diploma thesis is processing of ducumentary for mixed-use building in cadastre unit of village Vendryně. This building plot is situated on the outskirts of Vendryně. New building is designed as detached building, without cellar, with four floors. Wall structural system of building is made by sand-lime block. Floor and roof structure is consists of prestressed concrete floor. Roofing of house is made by flat green roof. On the first floor there are café, travel agency, dental laboratory, technical place and storage. The second floor is stated for administrative purposes. There are some offices, staff facilities, sanitary and technical places. On the third and fourth floors is situated dwelling unit. Three flats are in third floor and two flats are in fourth floor. Size of flats is designed as 2+KK and 3+KK.
Hotel Aztec

The aim of the thesis was to design a building named Hotel Aztec. The building will serve for accommodation and recreation. The restaurant is also part of the hotel. There is a car park near the hotel building. The hotel has four floors and basement. There are 26 suites, 2 of them are three bed rooms, 20 double or twin rooms and 4 single rooms. The south-facing orientation of the suites ensures sufficient insolation. In ground floor there is one twin room for disabled persons. In ground floor there is restaurant with kitchen connected with bar in basement. There is also wellness centre, mechanical rooms and storages. On the northeast side of the hotel there are offices and rooms for employees and training room. The loadbearing masonry is from sand-lime blocks and there are cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs and concrete foundations. The external wall is insulated with ETICS. All roofs are warm flat, over the restaurant there is intensive green roof, The roof over the 2nd floor is walkable - roof terrace. Over the 3rd floor there is non-walkable flat roof. The building is heated by heat pumps and there is mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
Apartment Building

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to process project documentation for realization of new apartment building as a nearly zero-energy building in the city of Brno in the cadastre unit Líšeň. The apartment building is a two-storey with a basement in a sloppy terrain. It’s a rectangular shaped building and it has character of a terraced house. On both above-ground floors is an entrance area and 3 residential units. There are 6 residential units in the whole building. In the basement is a vault for every residential unit, utility room, bicycle room, cleaning room, WC, storage, and a gaming room. The basement is also linked to a garage with 6 parking places under the building. The garage is completely open from one side, and it is linked to an exterior parking lot with another 7 parking places. The vertical load bearing system in the above ground floors is made of sand-lime blocks, as well as non-load bearing walls in the above ground floors. Peripheral walls in the basement are made of a concrete permanent formwork and a monolithic reinforced concrete. The horizontal load bearing ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. Foundations are designed as plain concrete strips except for two reinforced concrete blocks under the reinforced concrete columns. The roof is designed as extensive green flat roof. The building is insulated with the contact thermal insulation system ETICS made of façade polystyrene with an external above-ground wall finish made of brick cladding.
Detached house in Brezi with a hairdressers

The subject of my bachelor thesis is processing of design documentation for new building of detached house which is part of Březí village. Object is placed in newly built-up area with a flat terrain. Detached house has construction dispositions for housing a four-member family and a hairdresser´s which is placed in the first floor with the garage, the living room and the kitchen. Attic room is designed like a rest zone. There is a main entrance with the entrance to the garage situated in the northwest side of the house. There is also a entrance to the hairdresser´s on this side of the house. The habitable rooms are in the south side. The roof is designed like a saddle roof with a variable slope and a clay tile roofing. Loadbearing masonry is from aerated concrete and a sand-lime blocks. The whole house has contact thermal insulation system. The construction of ceiling is prefa-monolitic from reinforced concrete beams and aerated concrete liners. The staircases are from aerated concrete blocks.
Residential building

The content of this bachelor´s thesis is a proposal of a new building of an residential building in Slavkov u Brna. The apartment building has one underground and three above-ground floors. There are 9 residential units in the building, one of which is designed as barrier-free. There is an underground garage for 9 vehicles in the basement, one of which is for people with limited mobility. The apartment building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab 600 mm thick. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a warm flat roof. The work contains the project documentation for the construction, which was made according to the valid legal and technical regulations.
Kindergarten in Velká Bíteš

This diploma thesis deals with design and elaboration of project dokumentation of kindergarten in Velká Bíteš. The building have two above-ground floor, non besement, with flat green roof. The structural system of building is designed from sand-lime block with thiskness 240 mm. Floor structure is from precast floor slab. The building is insulated witr contact thermal insulation. In kindergarten there is three class, each for 25 kids.
Kindergarten

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new kindergarten building located on a slightly sloping plot in Dubňany, South Moravia. Functionally it is possible to divide the kindergarten into three parts - administration, education and technical facilities. There are two classes, each for 24 for children, a separate common room and a pottery class. The total capacity of the kindergarten is 48 children. It is designed as a single-storey building with a green flat roof and without a basement. It is based on concrete foundation strips. Loadbearing mansory is made of sand-lime blocks, partitions are made of sand-lime blocks and aerated concrete blocks, ceiling is made of prestressed hollow core slabs. The walls are insulated with a combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with facade cladding of fibre-cement board and timber cladding. Atypical round windows were use as a fun detail for the both classrooms and the common room.
Multifunctional building

The aim of this master´s thesis is to draw up a project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in the cadastral area of the Jablunkov town. The building plot is located in the outskirts of the town. The building is designed as a detached unit wit 3 above – ground floors and a cellar. The building has a designed structural wall system made of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling and roof structures are made of monolithic slabs. It is roofed with a single-span vegetated flat roof. In the underground floor there are cellars, a technical room, a day room, a cleaning room, a room with the main electricity distribution board, a workroom and storerooms. On the first floor there is a pharmacy and a café. On the second floor there are office premises and on the top floor there are 4 residential units. Three apartments are designed as 2+kk and one is designed as 3+kk.
